Founded in 2002 by Mr Ooi Enn Hee, Irama Jaya Group has since established itself as a trusted developer with an impressive and extensive track record.

Headquartered in Sungai Petani, a vibrant and thriving township in Kedah, the “rice bowl of Malaysia”, todate, the Irama Jaya Group has launched, completed and delivered various residential and commercial properties throughout Northern Peninsular Malaysia.

Whilst most developers pursue large townships in major cities, the Group prides itself in its property projects in quaint towns. As a form of “nation building”, the Group believes that its approach to rural development will form the backbone of developing a progressive nation. Towards this end, its completed projects can be found in Sik, Merbok, Baling, Kuala Kedah, Changlun, Alor Setar Kedah, Kangar Perlis and Pengkalan Hulu Perak.

Towards the mid 2000s, the Group ventured into property development as an extension of its core business offerings, in retrospect, a timely venture as a property boom was just around the corner.
